Harbor turns a community you already have — a founder circle, an alumni class, a congregation — into real friendships. It introduces two members at a time, finds a café near both of them, and sets up the coffee, all over WhatsApp.

No. Everything happens in WhatsApp. Members just reply to Harbor's messages — no app, no login, no new account to create.

Harbor learns a little about each member when they join, then pairs people who'd genuinely click and haven't met yet. Organizers can also set hard rules — like same gender, similar age, or a custom question — that Harbor always respects.

The organizer sets the rhythm — every few days, once a month, whatever fits the community. New members can also get their first introduction shortly after they join, rather than waiting for the next round.

Harbor finds a well-rated café near the midpoint of both members that's open at the time they agree on. Organizers who prefer can supply their own list of venues instead.

Anytime. A member just tells Harbor they'd like a break or to stop, and it's handled — no awkward conversation with the organizer needed. They can come back whenever they like.

Members' phone numbers stay within their own community — they're never shown to other members or sold. Harbor uses what it learns only to make better introductions.

An organizer — the person who already gathers the community. They add members they trust and choose how Harbor works; members simply take part over WhatsApp.
