Terms of Service
Last updated: July 3, 2026
The service
Harbor proposes introductions between members of a community and coordinates in-person meetings over WhatsApp. Organizers add members they trust; members participate by messaging the Harbor agent. Participation is voluntary — members can stop at any time by telling the agent or asking their organizer to remove them.
Your responsibilities
- Organizers must only add phone numbers of people who have agreed to be contacted by Harbor for their community.
- Members are responsible for their own conduct at meetings. Harbor introduces people; it does not vet them beyond the organizer's trust in their own community.
- Don't use Harbor to harass, spam, or mislead anyone.
Meetings happen in the real world
Use common sense: meetings are suggested in public places, and you are free to decline any match or proposed venue. Harbor is not responsible for what happens at or after a meeting.
Service quality
Harbor is provided as-is. We work hard to propose good matches and workable plans, but we don't guarantee match quality, venue availability, or that a confirmed meeting takes place.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page.
